• Responsible for all aspects of the organizations database management strategy, integrity, and design • Lead discussions and mentor application and database development staff • Provide strong technical direction and guidance, project management skills • Facilitate and lead collaborative cross functional workgroups to resolve complex problems in real-time • Architect and develop ETL using Microsoft SQL server Integrations services • Install, configure, support, and troubleshoot Microsoft SQL Server • Ensure that routine or special database software upgrades, maintenance, security audits, and patches are performed • Provide leadership in the overall database designs and setup • Provide direction and methodology for the data warehouse design, creation, and maintenance
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Database Administration
- Strong with (Admin* OR Administrator) AND SQL AND ETL AND (SSIS OR "SQL Server Integration")
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school or equivalent in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field or twelve (12) years of progressive experience in a Database Administration or Database programming experience in a medium to large organization preferably in healthcare
- Advanced knowledge of ANSI SQL (T-SQL preferred)
