Job Summary: The Database Operations Specialist manages databases, both clustered and non-clustered, within Platform Services under the Infrastructure Services Line of Business, ensuring high availability, performance optimization, and data integrity for accurate decision-making and financial accountability. Leveraging database clustering setup and performance optimization skills, this role enhances scalability and reliability in multi-cloud environments. Data integrity maintenance and troubleshooting databases prevent issues from escalating, while ensuring high availability supports reduced disaster recovery times. By collaborating on self-healing initiatives and cross-cloud migrations, the Database Operations Specialist aligns with performance requirements to optimize platform services and application uptime, fostering innovation and operational efficiency. The starting pay range for this remote role is $100,778 - $233,281. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
