• Help people navigate complex health needs with clarity, compassion, and strong clinical judgment • Partner with members, families, and care teams to create practical care plans that improve health outcomes, reduce avoidable hospital stays, and make care easier to access and follow • Build and lead care plans that address medical and psychosocial needs across the full care journey • Align members, providers, and the health plan on clear goals, next steps, and measures of success • Coach and advocate for members so they understand options, follow the plan, and feel supported • Coordinate services and monitor progress to improve quality of care and member experience • Identify creative, benefit-aligned solutions that reduce fragmentation and avoid unnecessary services • Complete timely, accurate documentation and utilization review to support safe, effective care decisions • Educate members on conditions, treatment options, and cost drivers so they can make informed choices • Escalate quality-of-care concerns or complex clinical questions to the Medical Director when needed • Contribute to team improvement by sharing feedback on workflows and supporting training or mentorship as assigned

• Review pricing and contract structure to ensure alignment with business, legal, and finance requirements • Calculate margins on deals to ensure each opportunity is meeting gross margin targets • Enforce best practices for the quoting process, pricing guidelines, and overall Deal Desk processes • Escalate approvals to the appropriate business partners and functions for review and approval • Help support sales with quote and order form creation, including making edits inside of the CPQ system and manually updating order forms • Help ensure accuracy of internal documentation relating to standard operating procedures

• Data Integration forms part of the Client Services team responsible for implementing solutions to onboard counterparties on a proprietary software, at the same time delivering technical application support to clients globally 24x6. • Work with technical onboarding of new clients onto the proprietary MarginSphere software application. • Work closely in implementation of additional services for existing clients. • Configuration of Business Rules Engine (BRE) for ETL. • Resolution of escalated support issue. • Ensure that the highest levels of service are delivered to AcadiaSoft clients. • Provide telephone and email-based customer support.

• Conduct thorough investigations into escalated sanctions alerts using various tools (e.g., Dow Jones, Kharon, other proprietary systems and OSINT). • Serve as the final escalation point for high-risk sanctions cases, making data-driven decisions on client retention or offboarding. • Document and justify decisions with clear audit trails for regulatory and internal reviews. • Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams to ensure alignment with policies and regulatory expectations. • Perform enhanced due diligence on high-risk clients, transactions, and counterparties to assess sanctions exposure. • Analyze complex ownership structures, transactional patterns, and geopolitical risks to identify potential sanctions evasion tactics. • Monitor and interpret global sanctions regulations and emerging risks, and advise internal stakeholders on sanctions compliance requirements and risk mitigation strategies. • Provide subject-matter expertise on sanctions screening methodologies, false positive reduction, and system optimization. • Critically assess existing sanctions screening processes, identifying gaps and recommending enhancements. • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to drive project progress and ensure successful delivery. • Contribute to policy and procedure updates to reflect evolving regulatory expectations and industry best practices. • Support internal audits, regulatory exams, and remediation efforts related to sanctions compliance.
