Job Description

IGA Operations Engineer

Velera

• Provide Level 2 support for the IGA solution within agreed service levels. • Work with IT teams, service partners and other stakeholders to ensure reliability and availability of the IGA solution. • Implement and manage the effectiveness of Incident, Service Request, Change, and Problem management processes for the service area; provide daily/weekly report for ticket status. • Maintain system configurations and process documentation, operating procedures, and infrastructure support documentation (e.g., data flow diagram, system as-built, runbook). • Resolve technical issues through debugging, research and investigation. • Participate as IGA subject matter expert in small/medium-scale projects supporting business initiatives; assist with the onboarding of new solutions. • Help with operations after go-live, ensuring SLAs. • Serve as an on-call resource for incident response and operational functions. • Execute the further implementation and integration of Saviynt within the organization. • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Relevant technical or security certification (e.g., CompTia Security+, CySA+, Certified Identity Governance Expert (CIGE), Certified Information Privacy Technologist (CIPT), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP)) required.
  • Three (3) years of practical industry experience in design, development, customization, configuration, deployment, and support of identity management and governance products in large-scale environments with diversified application and authentication requirements required.
  • Experience with Saviynt or similar IGA tool is required.
  • Prior experience with API's would be a plus.
  • SQL scripting experience is required.
  • Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD/EntraID, and SNOW ticketing system.
  • Ability to write and/or modify PowerShell and JSON scriptions

What We Need Corpay is currently looking to hire a Crew Accommodations Agent within our TA Connections division. This position falls under our lodging line of business. In this role, you will be responsible for the timely and efficient handling of inbound inquiries, to source hotel and transportation needs of our airline clients. The Crew Accommodations Agent will support a variety of queries in an efficient and timely manner by taking ownership of each task assigned to by the supervisors. You will report directly to the Operations Manager. How We Work As a Crew Accommodations Agent, you will be expected to work remote environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing: - Company-issued equipment. - Formal, hands-on training. Role Responsibilities The responsibilities of the role will include: - Booking hotel accommodations for flight attendants, pilot crews, ad-hoc crews and other non-crew airline employees. - Handling emergency relocations of crews that occur last minute with the Supervisor on shift - Working closely and in sync with client’s Crew Scheduling and other relevant groups to satisfy all operational requirements and resolving situations that may affect crew members. - Communicating with internal departments and management to resolve problems and expedite work. - Monitoring and confirm access to tools, systems and defined resources needed to perform the job duties as per Standard Operations Procedures, and report issues to shift supervisors. - Effectively utilizing all tools and technology to process, track and report transactions - Accurately registering in TA Connections System and applications all reservations information, agreements, approvals, and background information relevant for future research and troubleshooting - Sourcing for suitable and compliant hotel markets and cities where our airline clients don’t have contracted hotels or when contracted hotels are Sold Out. - In case of only having non-compliant options, ensuring the process to obtain approvals is followed recorded in the system as evidence. - Making payments to hotel and transportation vendors as per system settings.
