Overview We are looking for a skilled Network Visibility Engineer to support a large-scale deployment of Keysight network visibility solutions across 98 carrier sites for a major telecommunications client. This is a fully remote role requiring participation in overnight maintenance windows, working closely with onsite field engineers to ensure successful implementation and validation. Key Responsibilities - Perform remote, hands-on testing and validation of Keysight network packet broker platforms (E400P and related systems) via console access - Collaborate in real time with onsite engineers during maintenance windows to verify Layer 1 connectivity (optical levels, link integrity, fiber health, etc.) - Configure and stage appliances as part of Customer Integration Center (CIC) processes - Participate in deployment planning, scheduling, and technical discussions with project managers and engineering teams - Document site-level test results, issues encountered, and resolution steps - Support deployment activities across 98 sites, adhering to scheduled maintenance windows (typically midnight–5/6 AM) through end of 2026 Required Qualifications - 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in network engineering - Experience with Keysight (Ixia) network packet brokers (Vision E400P, Vision X, or similar platforms strongly preferred) - Strong understanding of Layer 1 networking concepts, including optical transceivers, fiber inspection, and light-level validation - Familiarity with network visibility principles such as traffic aggregation, filtering, and monitoring (inline and out-of-band) - Experience working in carrier or service provider environments - Ability to work recurring overnight maintenance windows - Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across remote and onsite teams Nice to Have - Experience with SLX or legacy Ixia platforms - Background in large-scale, multi-site deployments or network refresh projects - Familiarity with SOW-driven project work and change management processes Work Arrangement - Fully remote (console-based access to devices) - Overnight maintenance windows (midnight–6 AM) - Contract/project-based role through end of 2026 Interview Integrity: During the interview process, we're evaluating your individual problem-solving skills, creativity, and approach to challenges. While AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Cursor are part of your daily toolkit once you join B-Yond, all interviews, assessments, and take-home assignments must be completed independently. You may not use AI tools, third-party services, coaching platforms, or content-farming services during any part of the interview process unless we explicitly permit it. We will clearly communicate when AI tools are allowed for specific assessments. Any indication of third-party assistance or AI-generated responses will result in immediate disqualification.
