• Provide technical support for wireless systems, addressing customer inquiries and troubleshooting issues related to 4G/LTE, 5G, and network protocols • Travel to customer sites to supervise the installation of trial systems and train customer’s engineers to install and operate our wireless solutions • Manage computer systems and hardware, ensuring optimal performance and security through effective IT support and desktop support practices • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical challenges and enhance customer service experiences • Utilize Microsoft Office and SQL for documentation and reporting purposes

Main Responsibilities - Installation of optical distribution frames (ODFs) - Fiber splicing, systematization and cable routing - Optical network measurements using Power Meter - OTDR (Optical Time-Domain Reflectometer)
