Territory Manager
Venus AI LLC
• Drive sales growth for new customers; increase customer base and market share. • Conduct prospect analysis, understand their business, their opportunities, and gaps. • Develop pipelines, ensure pipeline progression and on-going activity; conduct cold calling and on-site visits to meet and exceed individual and team goals. • Conduct a minimum of 30 cold calls daily, book 5 meetings daily and run 2-3 meetings daily. • Adaptation/execution of Company’s sales strategy. • Establish a thorough understanding of focused portfolio. • Educate prospects on product line up in a professional manner; be knowledgeable on device indications, efficacy, safety, and how our products will fulfill customer needs; conduct product demonstrations while adhering to Company protocols. • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships; visit all accounts regularly and ensure customer satisfaction. • Develop reference sites, provide sales support at meetings, workshops and conventions as necessary. • Maintain CRM data (salesforce) integrity by regular updates, compile reports and attend calls and meetings as required. • Support installation at the customer's site in accordance with the Company's methods, specifications, policies, and procedures. • Meet sales targets as set through annual/quarterly budgets. • Forecast and submit sales reports in a timely manner. • Collaborate with other departments such as Inside Sales and Clinical Training.
Job Requirements
- BA/BS University Degree or equivalent educational background in business or relevant field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of outside business-to-business sales experience.
- Experience in selling lasers, RF and or minimally invasive technologies to Dermatologists, Facial and Plastic Surgeons and Med Spas preferred.
- Demonstrated/proven track record of meeting quota and driving sales growth.
- Excellent cold calling and selling skills with the ability to build relationships with prospects.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment under strict deadlines.
- Team player who can work collaboratively with all internal departments.
- Self-motivated with a positive, proactive mindset.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, written and oral and strong interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce is an asset.
- Solid MS Office and general computer skills.
- Must own vehicle and maintain a valid drivers’ license.
- Must travel primarily within territory with some travel within North America and International travel as required.
- Ability to travel overnight within the territory (minimum 3 nights per week dependent on territory) and outside of the territory for attendance at national trade shows, training, and other events.

• Act as the primary relationship owner across a portfolio of Independent Consultants (Corporate & Leisure) and SME customer accounts, building strong, trusted relationships across all levels and ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience. • Support ICs as business owners by providing guidance on growth strategy, operational best practices, and leveraging the 1000MTG platform to scale their business. • Facilitate and deliver business reviews and reporting, leveraging data to provide insights into travel spend, behaviors, and performance trends. • Provide actionable recommendations to optimize SME programs and track IC engagement and growth. • Lead and support IC engagement initiatives, including events, training, and ongoing enablement programs to drive adoption, capability uplift, and community. • Support annual business planning and performance conversations with ICs, identifying growth opportunities, capability gaps, and training needs. • Identify and support opportunities to grow revenue across your portfolio, including SME expansion, IC business growth, and adoption of additional 1000MTG products and services. • Support SME contract discussions and renewals, ensuring alignment between commercial terms, scope of work, and service delivery. • Act as the central escalation point and lead service recovery efforts, partnering with internal teams across technology, finance, and operations to resolve issues, identify root causes, and strengthen customer relationships. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM and account documentation to support visibility, reporting, and internal alignment. • Ensure your portfolio is managed to the highest professional standard, in line with 1000MTG service expectations and internal operating frameworks. • Represent 1000MTG in customer meetings, calls, and external events, ensuring all interactions are well-prepared, professional, and aligned to business objectives.
