Telecom Auditor
Digital Direction
• Responsible for supporting the Operations and Sales groups, working with internal staff to complete and present Telecom Audits. • Assist in maintaining Inventory and initiating tickets within our proprietary Microsoft Dynamics CRM system, including Contract Terms and Rates. • Present audit findings to clients, track and complete action items with carriers. • Review of Overall Responsibilities: Initiate, Manage and work within our methodologies to Audit, or collaborate with our internal Audit group, all customers telecommunication services.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years Telecommunications experience, including Telecom account auditing.
- Candidate should be self-managed and driven.
- Must have superior skills in communication and issue resolution.
- Must have excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
- Must have working knowledge of PC and applications.
- Must have advanced level skills in MS Office; especially in Excel.
- Proactive, self-motivated and determined attitude.
- Candidate should have a passion for auditing and attention to detail.
