Digital Direction

• Delivering medium to large projects on-time, on-budget, and meeting specifications • Project Management of large global enterprise MPLS, SIP, UcaaS, TEM, and Cloud • Managing project financials and reporting • Collaborating with resource managers to assemble project teams • Leading Project Team to maintain work plans and deliverables

• Responsible for supporting the Operations and Sales groups, working with internal staff to complete and present Telecom Audits. • Assist in maintaining Inventory and initiating tickets within our proprietary Microsoft Dynamics CRM system, including Contract Terms and Rates. • Present audit findings to clients, track and complete action items with carriers. • Review of Overall Responsibilities: Initiate, Manage and work within our methodologies to Audit, or collaborate with our internal Audit group, all customers telecommunication services.

• Develop sales strategies and attract new customers to Digital Direction's full suite of telecom management services. • Source new sales opportunities and close sales deals to achieve quotas. • Collaborate with clients to manage and negotiate sales of products and services. • Work to generate leads and qualify prospects.
