Job Description
Technical Project Manager
Complexio
Complexio is the intelligence layer for enterprise AI. Our platform builds a connected understanding of how businesses actually operate — across people, processes, and systems. Enterprises have invested heavily in AI platforms, copilots, and data infrastructure — yet daily work still runs on manual hand-offs and thousands of unseen tasks buried in emails, chats, and spreadsheets. Complexio closes that automation gap. Our Event Knowledge Graph ingests structured and unstructured data to create a living map of how an organisation truly works — every task, interaction, and dependency. Our Context Broker unifies this knowledge across enterprise systems in real time, enabling our Orchestration layer and Enterprise Automator to discover, design, and execute workflows autonomously. Stevie, our conversational AI assistant, gives teams a natural way to query and act on that intelligence. Complexio deploys securely within your infrastructure and integrates with the enterprise platforms you already run on — turning organisational knowledge into measurable business outcomes. A joint venture between Hafnia and Símbolo, backed by leading maritime partners including Marfin Management, C Transport Maritime, Trans Sea Transport, and BW Epic Kosan. Born in maritime, now scaling rapidly across industries. We are now onboarding enterprise customers globally, with a platform built to handle the pace and complexity of real business operations. As a Project Manager you will: - Lead the execution of customer projects, ensuring successful delivery of use cases within agreed timelines and scope. - Act as the bridge between technical teams, customers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment on objectives, milestones, and outcomes. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities based on business impact and customer needs. Project Execution & Delivery - Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle, from kickoff to completion, ensuring adherence to customer requirements and company standards. - Define project plans, objectives, scope, deliverables, and KPIs to measure success. - Coordinate cross-functional teams, including various pods, data scientists, engineers, and business analysts, to deliver solutions. - Track progress, identify risks early, and implement mitigation strategies. Customer Engagement & Use Case Implementation - Work closely with customers to understand their business challenges and map solutions to their needs. - Translate customer use cases into actionable project plans, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with Complexio’s AI capabilities. - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing expectations and communication throughout the project lifecycle. - Conduct regular check-ins, project updates, and post-implementation reviews to ensure value realization. - Stakeholder & Resource Management - Align internal teams and external partners on project objectives, ensuring smooth collaboration. - Coordinate with pod leads, tech managers, product, and customer success teams to remove blockers and optimize resource allocation. - Escalate critical issues and dependencies to leadership as needed, providing data-driven recommendations. - Process & Continuous Improvement - Establish and refine project management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices for efficient execution. - Leverage agile methodologies where applicable, iterating on project deliverables based on feedback. - Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing and documentation of lessons learned from past projects.
