Les responsabilitats que assumiràs en la posició són: - Gestionar la cartera de clients assignats. - Analitzar el resultat de l'activitat comercial dins la cartera - Impulsar la transformació digital, fomentant l'ús de les eines digitals i de l'app del Banc. - Organitzar les activitats operatives i administratives de la cartera. - Col·laborar amb el director en l'anàlisi i vigilància de l'evolució del risc dels clients de la seva cartera. - Controlar l'evolució del balanç i el compte de resultats de la seva cartera. Requisits mínims - Experiència i habilitats en la gestió comercial de carteres de clients. - Coneixement de la cartera de productes i serveis digitals que ofereix l'entitat. - Necessària Certificació MIFID, LCCI i IDD Altres requisits: - Control i seguiment de Gestió Operativa. - Coneixement de Sistemàtica Comercial. - Coneixement de productes comercialitzats del segment de banca particulars. - Coneixement i gestió morositat. - Innovació i obertura al canvi. You’ll play a key role in building, quality-assuring, and refining automated templates for our clients, ensuring they function seamlessly and meet business requirements.
