Role Description We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Vue.js Developer with the skills to become a foundational member of our engineering team in a new region. You are an organized, clear communicator with engineering lead or management experience, and you thrive working both independently and with remote teams. You’ll take full ownership of your projects, ensuring quality and efficiency, and bring a strong character to help stabilize and grow our presence locally. If successful, this role could serve as the base for establishing a local office around you. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in Vue.js development, with a strong portfolio of completed projects. - Proven experience in a leadership or management role within an engineering team. - Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage complex projects independently. - Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English and a proactive approach to collaboration. - Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
