Role Description MDG Architect located in Bath Road, Slough, Berkshire with over 15 years of total experience and 10+ years of relevant experience. - Mandatory skills: - SAP MDG - Desired skills: - SAP MM and SAP SD - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Well versed in English with excellent spoken and written skills - Proactive approach to problem solving - Domain (Industry): CPG - Functional design for: - Data modelling - UI modelling - Rules and Validations in BRF+ through configurations - Replication modelling – DRFin and DRFout, IDOCs, ALE, SOAP services for SAP MDG - Conduct requirement gathering sessions and estimations for SAP MDG application - Aware of the phases of the SAP activate methodology for project execution - Work with various technical teams to develop future state solution architecture for MDG implementation, including: - Source and consumers integration - Application architecture - External data/vendor access - Security - Performance - Scalability strategies to support various business capabilities - Share perspectives on best practices, common technical issues, and approaches - Support high-level logical data model definition and discussions to ensure feasibility with MDG - Full life cycle implementation experience including: - Blueprinting - Fit gap analysis - Configurations - Data migrations - Cutovers - Go live experience - Own project deliverables for all phases Qualifications - 15+ years of total experience - 10+ years of relevant experience Requirements - Mandatory skills: SAP MDG - Desired skills: SAP MM and SAP SD - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proactive approach to problem solving Company Description

Role Overview We are seeking a Workday Integration Architect to lead the architecture, development, and ongoing optimization of Athena’s Workday ecosystem and connected enterprise systems. This role blends deep integration expertise, functional understanding, and strategic leadership to deliver scalable, reliable, and high-performing solutions that support Athena’s continued growth. You will own the end-to-end integration landscape across Workday Core HCM, Recruiting (ATS), payroll, finance, employee performance and talent processes, and other key internal and external systems. You will ensure data flows are seamless, systems are well-governed, and solutions are designed to scale with the business. This includes supporting critical workflows across the employee lifecycle, from hiring and onboarding to compensation, performance evaluation, and broader people operations. This is a hands-on role requiring strong configuration and integration experience, along with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, IT, and external partners to deliver secure, efficient, and future-ready solutions.
