About the Company International B2B iGaming project preparing for launch, built on top of an established platform and focused on scalable multi-brand expansion across various global markets. The company operates with a strong performance-driven culture, high level of autonomy, and strategic focus on rapid testing and scaling of GEOs. About the Role We are looking for a Head of Affiliate to build and lead the affiliate direction from scratch. This is a key role where the candidate will be responsible for launching the affiliate direction, building the team, developing the partner network, and managing traffic. The position requires strong operational leadership, a deep understanding of traffic sources, and the ability to work closely with product and marketing teams to drive performance.
Job Requirements
- Experience:
- 2+ years as Head of Affiliate / Team Lead
- Proven experience building affiliate programs or teams
- Strong experience in international partner acquisition
- Experience working with Tier 1 / 2 / 3 markets
- MUST: experience in media buying
- Strong understanding of traffic sources (SEO, PPC, Facebook Ads, Google Ads)
- Russian fluent, English - A2–B1 or higher
- Skills:
- Strong operational and leadership skills
- Analytical mindset (traffic + product understanding)
- Ability to build processes from scratch
- Deep understanding of conversion funnels
- Ability to identify and solve performance issues
- Understanding of tracking systems and integrations
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced and ambiguous environments

- Key Responsibilities
- Build affiliate department from scratch (team, processes, strategy)
- Hire and manage Affiliate Managers
- Identify, attract, and onboard affiliates and webmasters
- Develop and scale partner network across multiple GEOs (Tier 1/2/3)
- Negotiate commercial terms, payouts, and traffic conditions
- Resolve conflicts with partners (traffic quality, payments, disputes)
- Develop internal processes and communication frameworks
- Analyze traffic performance and optimize funnels (CR, deposits, retention)
- Monitor market trends and identify new growth opportunities
- Participate in GEO testing and scaling strategy
- Work closely with product, marketing, and other internal teams
- Understand and troubleshoot tracking systems and integrations
