• Partner strategically with Sales Development leadership and hiring managers to understand workforce plans, headcount needs, and talent acquisition goals. • Lead full-cycle recruiting for Sales Development roles - including SDRs, BDRs, and SDR leaders - from sourcing and screening through offer and close, while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience. • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build robust pipelines of active and passive candidates through direct outreach, LinkedIn, referrals, social networks, networking events, and more. • Ensure diversity and inclusion strategies are incorporated at every step of the hiring process, from job description crafting to panel composition and offer decisions. • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders, providing market insights, data-driven recommendations, and guidance on interviewing best practices. • Present recruitment metrics, pipeline updates, and hiring strategies to senior stakeholders and PeopleOps leadership. • Champion continuous improvement — challenge assumptions, influence hiring decisions, and drive operational excellence across recruiting processes. • Be accountable to yourself, your team, your hiring leaders, and your candidates.
Job Requirements
- 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 3+ years supporting sales or go-to-market functions in a high-growth technology company.
- Proven track record of hiring at volume while maintaining quality and a positive candidate experience.
- Demonstrated understanding of SaaS sales motions, SDR/BDR metrics, compensation structures, and what separates high-performing sales development talent from the rest.
- Deep expertise sourcing and identifying top sales talent through social media, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other channels.
- Experience using modern ATS platforms such as Workday, Greenhouse, or Lever.
- Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.).
- Strong command of recruiting KPIs, metrics, and reporting to drive informed decisions.
- Working knowledge of fair and unbiased interview techniques and applicant screening methods.
- Outstanding organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple high-priority requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- A sense of urgency, proactive mindset, and genuine passion for connecting people with opportunity.

• Manage day-to-day immigration cases (work visas, green cards, compliance tracking) in close partnership with employees, managers, recruiters, and vendors to ensure timely, compliant, and employee-friendly processes. • Review immigration petitions and applications for accuracy. • Monitor shared inboxes and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution. • Serve as the first point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear guidance on immigration processes, policies, and timelines. • Be part of a supportive and fast-paced global People team that values collaboration and innovative problem-solving. • Partner with cross-functional teams (Legal, Talent Acquisition) and the rest of the GMI team to ensure alignment and compliance. • Contribute to scalable practices and program enhancements to improve transparency, predictability, and employee experience while meeting heightened compliance expectations.
