• The Manager of Strategic Market Intelligence is a cornerstone role that powers Sevaro’s Client Success and Growth organizations with actionable insights and strategic visibility. • This individual profiles client markets, identifies opportunities, and creates compelling client narratives that support expansions, renewals, upsells, and utilization of Sevaro’s full-service capabilities. • This role blends healthcare market expertise, neurology insights, data analytics, and strategic storytelling to ensure Sevaro stays ahead of market trends and deeply understands the needs of every partner. • Build comprehensive market profiles including hospital characteristics, neuroscience program maturity, ED volumes, stroke trends, competitive landscape, and ROI opportunities. • Develop account briefs, strategic insight decks, and pre-QBR intelligence packets for Client Success teams. • Track healthcare policy shifts, reimbursement changes, and market dynamics. • Identify opportunities to increase adoption of Sevaro’s services across domains. • Translate quantitative and qualitative insights into compelling client narratives showcasing Sevaro’s value. • Partner with Marketing to build case studies, benchmarking reports, and thought leadership materials. • Craft narratives that highlight outcomes, operational savings, and partnership growth. • Analyze utilization data to identify growth opportunities, under-leveraged services, and churn risks. • Support dashboards and forecasting models for Client Success and Growth strategy. • Lead competitive intelligence and benchmarking initiatives. • Work closely with Research, Finance, Marketing, Quality, and Client Success teams to align insights with strategy.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master's preferred.
- 3–7 years in healthcare strategy or market intelligence.
- Telemedicine or neurology background strongly preferred.
- Strong analytics and competitive research skills.
- Excellent executive-level communication skills.
