Role Description This is a remote position. Role: Analyst, State Operations Experience: 2+ years. We don’t have any hard requirements/criteria. However, the only requirement is that you are a fast learner who is great with numbers, energetic, and eager to learn and grow! Location: Remote (preferably Bangalore) Roles and Responsibilities - End-to-end experimentation and product data analytics (data retrieval -> analysis -> visualization) for the New Programs team that may include: - Optimising user experience and program outcomes - Executing user reward and nudge workflows - Generating actionable insights for program and leadership teams - Run analytics for State Operations teams that may include: - Collect, clean, and analyze quantitative and qualitative analysis to derive insights on user engagement and learning patterns - Providing internal teams support in: - Data-literacy - Troubleshooting analytics’ issues - Automating operational workflows - Curating new SOPs to improve operational efficiency Critical Factors for Success - Strong aptitude for analytics and analytical thinking; prior analytics background required - Strong analytical skills (data manipulation, crunching, mining) with knowledge of or ability to quickly upskill on relational databases and tools like R/ Stata/ Python/ Alteryx/ SQL/ Excel/ Google Collab - Strong data visualization skills; demonstrable experience in visualization tools like Power BI/ Tableau will be preferred - Strong communication skills – written and oral - Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks in an entrepreneurial environment - Taking ownership in ambiguous situations

Provides information, instructions, and assistance to the public.
