Description du poste : Mission : - Participer au traitement administratif, au suivi et au contrôle d’une partie de l’opération travaux - Participer avec son responsable à l’élaboration, au pilotage et au suivi des contrats de maintenance et des politiques techniques Activités principales : Gestion administrative · Assurer les enregistrements informatiques nécessaires à la création d’une opération travaux et à son suivi · Mettre en forme les dossiers de travaux en phase avant-projet · Veiller au respect des dates des permis de démolir, de construire, de déclarations de travaux et aux affichages · Constituer les dossiers de demande de financement, élaborer, puis suivre les demandes de garanties, rédiger des Ordres de Service, de démarrage de travaux, analyser et suivre les demandes d’agrément de sous-traitant · Assurer le suivi administratif des sinistres Dommage-Ouvrage · Assurer les transmissions d’information aux interlocuteurs internes et externes · Dans le cadre du processus de fin de chantier, collecter et produire les documents · Participer à l’organisation de la réception de fin de chantier ou de l’inauguration Achats · Etablir les dossiers de consultation et d’appels d’offres et remettre en concurrence les contrats récurrents · Mettre à jour les dossiers administratifs des marchés en organisant la signature des marchés · Etablir les différents contrats et avenants nécessaires en phase de conception d’opération ou pour la maintenance · Participer au suivi administratif et informatique des contrats, de leur création jusqu’à leur exécution et leur mise à jour Assistanat d’activité · Gérer l’accueil, l’organisation d’agenda, de plannings. Rédiger avec prise de notes, et mise en forme de documents · Planifier et organiser des groupes de travail · Classer et archiver · Mettre à jour le suivi administratif informatique des projets · Effectuer les recherches d’informations et instruire les dossiers · Participer à la circulation de l’information auprès d’interlocuteurs internes et externes Profil attendu : Idéalement titulaire d’un BTS (assistant manager, gestion, professions immobilières…), vous maîtrisez parfaitement le Pack Office. Vous disposez d’une expérience similaire en maîtrise d'ouvrage, maîtrise d’œuvre ou exploitation dans l’immobilier et connaissez les aspects techniques et/ou financiers du domaine du bâtiment. La rigueur, le sens de l’organisation, une grande réactivité et l’esprit d'équipe sont indispensables pour mener à bien vos missions.
