The Global Proposals Team works side-by-side with Prometric’s Business Development and Account Management teams. We are looking for the right person to work with a highly collaborative team of proposal and marketing professionals supporting Prometric’s global client retention and new client pursuit strategies. The Proposal Manager is responsible for proposal team management, organization, engineering, developing content and managing proposals that communicate core capabilities in response to formal (e.g. ITBs/RFPs) and informal (e.g. capabilities statements) solicitations. We also seek applicants who have a proactive, tech-focused approach to responses and who can help us deliver industry-leading proposals. RESPONSIBILITIES - Manage proposal development workflows through a specified process on assigned proposal opportunities. - Complete “play to win” grids to analyze RFPs for discrete requirements and organize those requirements into branded proposal outlines/compliance matrices. - Initiate and facilitate proposal meetings, including kickoff, solution design, mid-level strategy meetings, draft reviews, management stand-ups, and others as necessary. - Organize proposal development/completion calendars, as well as Teams channels, that account for all variables including deadlines for submission, requirements for compliance with the RFP, and other ongoing activities. - Collaborate with commercial teams to review RFPs/solicitations as well as documentation resulting from discovery and solution design. - Collaborate with internal departments to define solutions and generate necessary responses to requirements, redirecting resources as necessary. - Confirm that proposal responses are complete, compliant, and aligned with customer expectations - Ensure that all proposals and other deliverables adhere to corporate brand standards for formatting and messaging. - Support the organization of pre- and post-proposal touchpoints with clients, including briefings and presentations. - Write, edit and format responses as defined by process/procedure guidelines and submission frameworks. Job Description Summary The Contractual Services Senior Commercial Proposals Manager New Units MYA/MMP (CM) will report to the Regional Contractual Services ITO Director with a dotted line to the MYA NU Leader and is required to drive functional and operational Commercial Intensity and deal underwriting (Policy 5.0) rigor for assigned deal opportunities. This role will support and foster a culture of Lean thinking to drive sustainable business standards and sustainable improvement to increase process capability Job Description Responsibilities - Work as a key member of the North America Pole Services commercial & operations (ITR) teams in support of achieving the multi-year service agreements for New Units (MYA and MMP) business lines objectives.
