Привіт! 👋 Ми в Laba Group шукаємо Talent Acquisition Specialist (Czech market, remote), який(-а) допоможе нам наймати сильних, мотивованих і “своїх” людей на ринку Чехії. Ця роль — не про “закривати вакансії”, а про партнерство з бізнесом, аналітику, стратегію та розвиток функції рекрутингу. Так, у нас може бути складно. Але буде простір для росту, свободи у прийнятті рішень, підтримка команди та відчуття реального впливу на розвиток компанії. 🚀 Обов’язки - Вести повний цикл рекрутингу для ролей Sales Manager на ринку Чехії (бріф, пошук, скринінг, інтерв’ю, оффер). - Будувати ефективні стратегії пошуку та залучення кандидатів: прямий пошук, локальні платформи, соціальні мережі, реферали. - Проводити скринінги та інтерв’ю (competency, behavioral, кейсові), оцінювати мотивацію, hard/soft skills та culture fit. - Координувати процес найму: організація інтерв’ю, збір фідбеку, спільне прийняття рішень із hiring-менеджерами. - Забезпечувати сильний candidate experience та розвивати employer brand на локальному ринку. - Працювати з аналітикою: відстежувати метрики, робити висновки та пропонувати покращення. - Співпрацювати з міжнародною командою рекрутерів та брати участь у глобальних ініціативах. - Забезпечувати стабільний потік кандидатів на етапі генерації пулу. Ми очікуємо від тебе - 2+ роки досвіду в рекрутингу (агенція або in-house). - Вільне володіння чеською мовою (C1–C2) — обов’язково. - Англійська — від рівня Intermediate (для внутрішньої комунікації). - Самоорганізованість, уважність до деталей, любов до структури. - Аналітичне мислення та вміння працювати з метриками. - Проактивність і готовність покращувати процеси. Буде плюсом - Досвід роботи з ринком Чехії або CEE. - Досвід масового або нішевого найму. - Інтерес до автоматизації, AI та експериментів у рекрутингу. - Досвід менторства або участі в HR-проєктах. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and continuous improvement of Talent Acquisition (TA) reporting processes. You will manage data pulled from the ATS, troubleshoot inconsistencies, and recommend improvements to reporting workflows and systems. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, analytical individual with strong Excel skills who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with internal stakeholders. PLEASE NOTE: - Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST (6:00 PM – 03:00 AM South African time – subject to daylight savings). - Public Holidays: This role requires working on both South African and U.S. public holidays (compensation for SA public holidays in accordance with the BCEA). - Internet Requirements: A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and wired Ethernet capability is mandatory. Applicants without a fixed fibre line cannot be considered. - Power Backup: Reliable backup required to manage load shedding or outages. Applicants without a power backup cannot be considered. - Work Environment: Fully remote.
