We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Reporting Analyst (Excel-Focused) to support a U.S.-based organization specializing in adult communities and hospice care. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and continuous improvement of Talent Acquisition (TA) reporting processes. You will manage data pulled from the ATS, troubleshoot inconsistencies, and recommend improvements to reporting workflows and systems. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, analytical individual with strong Excel skills who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with internal stakeholders. PLEASE NOTE: - Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST (6:00 PM – 03:00 AM South African time – subject to daylight savings). - Public Holidays: This role requires working on both South African and U.S. public holidays (compensation for SA public holidays in accordance with the BCEA). - Internet Requirements: A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and wired Ethernet capability is mandatory. Applicants without a fixed fibre line cannot be considered. - Power Backup: Reliable backup required to manage load shedding or outages. Applicants without a power backup cannot be considered. - Work Environment: Fully remote. Summary Administers diagnostic tests, preadmission testing, rehab and/or physician appointment schedule for hospital departments and/or physician practices.
