Role Description As a Client Training Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the delivery and coordination of our safety training programs, helping to bridge the gap between experienced captains and boat owners who want to enhance their boating skills. You will work closely with professional Captains and Trainers to ensure clients receive a seamless, customized learning experience that prioritizes safety and confidence on the water. - Coordinate and schedule training sessions between clients and professional Captains or Trainers based on vessel type and client availability. - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the training process, addressing inquiries and providing detailed information on course options and requirements. - Assist in the development and customization of training plans tailored to each client's vessel and skill level. - Manage client records, including training progress, certifications, and feedback to ensure quality and continuous improvement. - Collaborate with trainers to prepare necessary materials and resources for hands-on training sessions. - Track and ensure compliance with safety regulations and state requirements for boating safety education. - Promote At The Helm Training’s courses and services through communication channels to attract and retain clients. - Provide post-training support and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and address any additional training needs. Qualifications - Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage scheduling and client communications effectively. - Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills to engage with a diverse client base. - Knowledge of boating safety principles and seamanship is highly desirable. - Familiarity with marine vessel operations or prior experience in the boating industry is a plus. - Proficient in using scheduling software, CRM systems, and general office productivity tools. - Ability to work collaboratively with professional Captains, trainers, and clients to facilitate personalized training experiences. - Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining accurate client records and documentation. - Self-motivated and proactive in problem-solving and handling client concerns. - Flexibility to adapt to varying client schedules and occasional travel to training locations.
