Description and Requirements Position Summary: Requirement Analysis, Design, Development, Support & Maintenance for AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) with Core Java, HTML, JavaScript and CSS. Job Responsibilities: - Design and deliver compelling digital customer experiences, including web sites, landing pages, mobile applications and digital magazines using Adobe Experience Manager - Design, Develop and maintain required features using AEM and Adobe Experience Stack. - Lead team members to complete project deliverables - Engaging with the team to create optimal content entry experiences and workflows - Taking a given feature and translating that to native AEM features (templates, components) - Facilitating root cause analysis of system issues - Attending requirements, design and code reviews - Participating as a member of cross-functional teams on a diverse set of projects through the entire development life cycle - Modify and enhance existing core and custom AEM client libraries, build tools, and components - Manage and Deliver digital assets using AEM - Diagnose and design / implement solutions for user-reported issues - Reviewing new and existing code and performing unit testing Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline Experience: 8-10 years relevant experience Knowledge and skills (general and technical): - Expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development. - Expertise in J2EE, Spring and Hibernate framework - Advanced Java (Full Stack) development skills - Good to have Development Skill: Java Script, HTML, XML, JSON - Good Knowledge of DAM, Adobe CQ5. - Good Understanding of SDLC - Proficient in developing customized Components/Templates - Understanding of Agile methodologies - Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills About MetLife Recognized on Fortune magazine's list of the "World's Most Admired Companies" and Fortune World's 25 Best Workplaces™, MetLife, through its subsidiaries and affiliates, is one of the world's leading financial services companies; providing insurance, annuities, employee benefits and asset management to individual and institutional customers. About the role This role will be a key member of the Airwallex APAC Finance team. As APAC Finance Manager you will take full ownership of entities in the APAC region and ensure compliance with financial reporting, local audit and tax requirements. You will play an important role in ensuring the accuracy of the monthly financial reporting and work closely with our FP&A, Tax and Treasury team. Your role will be a combination of recurring finance tasks and project based initiatives to continuously improve the Controllership team within Airwallex. You will also have a chance to be a financial architect for our inorganic growth (M&A) and partnering with our APAC regulatory and licensing team to expand our APAC footprint . This will be an individual contributor role. Responsibilities: - Own the financial control procedures on our monthly reporting processes including journal entry, balance sheet, P&L reviews prior to submission to FP&A - Lead financial statement audits and tax filings and liaise with external auditors and advisors in resolving issues. - Drive a wide range of improvement projects for the Controllership team within Airwallex, these projects may include 1) Enabling new products in our reporting structure 2) Standardizing our process and driving efficiencies 3) Any process improvement that will help Airwallex's controllership function to grow and mature to the next level! - Closely collaborate with product or business teams that require finance support on new product developments - Close collaboration with other finance, treasury and operations teams on department wide projects, change management and financial business advisory - Support M&A initiatives and regulatory and licensing undertakings - Responsibilities of the role may develop over time. What you bring: - 6+ years of finance experience, Big Four experience is advantageous - Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field, CPA or equivalent qualification preferred - Good understanding of financial services, fintech businesses and regulatory environments - Experience in a financial controlling role and proven track record of building and expanding these capabilities within an organization. - Strong knowledge on local accounting standards and being able to apply them in practice. • Share responsibility with the GE Services Project Manager (PM) through close coordination for scope management, schedule, risk management, and quality management • Accountable for the end-to-end software delivery to meet the schedule, cost and quality commitments • Build effective Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) as well as accurately track, update, and report task activity progress • Manage project team and activities to drive project deliverables • Communicate effectively with Project Manager, Customer, Project team (APAC and global), DevOps on project and technical items • Trigger and validate engineering Gate Reviews • Utilize software delivery performance measurement tools and indicators • Respond to all client inquiries, bugs, and product ideas for in-flight projects • Collaborate with our Service Engineering development lead during the development cycle
