About Creatr UK Creatr UK is a full-delegation OnlyFans creator management agency generating $700K- $800K+ USD per month across 15 managed creator accounts. We handle everything from monetisation strategy and 24/7 fan messaging to traffic coordination and performance optimisation. Our creators focus solely on content production while we handle the rest. We are a lean, remote-first team of approximately 70 staff, predominantly based in the Philippines. We move fast, make data-driven decisions, and operate with full transparency. This is an adult content management business - if you are not comfortable working in the OnlyFans/creator economy space, this role is not for you. The Opportunity This is the highest-paid role in our new marketing department structure, and for good reason. You will be responsible for managing $250,000+ USD per month in Meta advertising spend across 15 creator accounts. This budget is expected to grow as you prove profitability. We are restructuring our marketing department to build a team of specialist experts. Previously, Meta ads were managed by a marketing assistant who was not a specialist in this area. We need someone who lives and breathes Meta ads - someone who has managed high six-figure monthly budgets, who understands campaign architecture at scale, who can build a creative testing framework that continuously finds winning angles, and who can scale profitably without burning money. You will inherit an existing account with campaigns that have historically performed well but are now facing creative exhaustion, particularly following Meta’s Andromeda algorithm update where the creative defines the audience. Some campaigns that started strong have become progressively more expensive as creative fatigue sets in. Your first job is to audit the entire account, diagnose every issue, restructure what needs restructuring, and build a systematic approach to creative testing and campaign scaling that prevents this from happening again. This is both a strategic and hands-on role. You build the architecture AND you optimise the individual ads. You think big-picture about audience strategy AND you get in the weeds on cost-per-click at the ad set level. What You Will Own Full Meta Ads Account Ownership • Own and manage the entire Meta Ads account across all 15 creator accounts - campaign structure, ad sets, creatives, budgets, and bidding strategies • Manage a monthly ad spend of $250,000+ USD with full accountability for ROAS and profitability • Build and maintain a clean, scalable campaign architecture with clear naming conventions, objective alignment, and budget allocation logic • Make day-to-day decisions on budget allocation, campaign pausing/scaling, and bid adjustments without needing approval for routine optimisations Creative Strategy & Testing • Build and own a systematic creative testing framework - you must continuously find new winning creatives before existing ones fatigue • Understand that in the post-Andromeda Meta environment, the creative IS the targeting. Your creative strategy is your audience strategy. • Collaborate closely with the Content Manager (Emman) to brief, request, and iterate on ad creatives - you define what’s needed, they produce it • Identify creative exhaustion early using performance signals (rising CPM, declining CTR, increasing CPA) and rotate or replace before performance degrades • Test across formats: static images, video, carousel, collection ads - determine what works best for each creator and audience segment Audience Strategy & Scaling • Develop and refine audience targeting strategies for each of the 15 creator accounts, recognising that different creators appeal to different demographics • Build scaling rules: clear criteria for when to increase spend (what ROAS threshold, what volume threshold, what stability period) and when to cut • Manage the tension between scale and efficiency - know when to push for volume and when to tighten for profitability • Explore and test new audience approaches: lookalikes, broad targeting, interest stacking, Advantage+ campaigns, and any new Meta features as they roll out Reporting & Accountability • Produce weekly performance reports covering: spend, revenue, ROAS, CPA, CPM, CTR, and conversion rates broken down by creator account and campaign • Provide clear, plain-English analysis of what is working, what is not, and what you are doing about it • Flag any budget concerns, platform policy changes, or account health issues immediately - do not wait for a weekly report • Work with the Data Expert to ensure Meta ads performance data feeds accurately into the business-wide reporting infrastructure Compliance & Account Health • Navigate Meta’s advertising policies in the adult/creator economy space - understand what is and is not permitted, and how to operate within the boundaries without risking account bans • Manage ad account health proactively: monitor rejection rates, policy warnings, and account standing • Have contingency plans for account issues - if an account gets restricted or banned, you should know the recovery process and have backup structures in place Our Process: Application Submit your CV and a brief cover note outlining your experience managing multiple partner or client relationships, including scale (number of relationships) and industry context. Online Assessment Selected candidates will complete a short online assessment (via TestGorilla). This stage ensures you can operate effectively in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. First Interview (HR) A video call with HR to assess your communication style, organisational ability, and alignment with the role. This stage focuses on how you manage multiple relationships, handle pressure, and maintain high standards of execution. Final Interview & Practical Task (Founder) A video call with Oliver. Prior to this interview, you will be given a short practical task (case-based scenario) related to managing and growing traffic partner relationships. During the interview, you will walk through your thinking, approach, and decisions. This stage evaluates your commercial awareness, problem-solving ability, and how you would operate in the role day-to-day. 30-Day Probation If successful, you will begin a 30-day probation period. Performance is assessed against the 90-day milestones outlined in this document, with particular focus on partner engagement, communication quality, and revenue impact. Working Arrangements Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 12:00-20:00 GMT (8:00 PM-4:00 AM PHT). Ad performance monitoring may occasionally require attention outside these hours during critical periods. Communication: Telegram and Discord. You are expected to be responsive and active throughout your shift. Contract: Independent contractor agreement. You are responsible for your own tax obligations. Growth: This is the highest-paid specialist role in the marketing department with direct access to the Co-Director. As you prove profitability and scale the ad budget, there is scope for salary growth and a performance-based bonus structure. The company is targeting $1M+/month in revenue - your ability to drive profitable traffic is central to achieving that.
