As the Senior Clinical Trial Manager, you will hold a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of all clinical aspects of the studies. Your expertise and leadership will be instrumental in managing the clinical portion of the budget, developing effective monitoring plans, and driving enrollment to meet project objectives. Moreover, you will liaise with stakeholders, identify and mitigate risks, and provide comprehensive reporting on all clinical activities. What you will be doing: - Budget Oversight Oversee the clinical portion of the budget to ensure efficient resource allocation. - Ensuring Effective Study Oversight: Develop monitoring plans and tools, ensuring effective study oversight. - Optimizing Performance: Train and mentor Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) to optimize their performance. - Timely Study Start-Up & Enrollment: Drive enrollment and lead study start-up activities, adhering to timelines. - Improving Study Integrity Review trip reports and implement corrective and preventative action plans when necessary. Building Productive Relationships: Foster productive relationships with Sponsors, vendors, and cross-functional teams. Your profile: - A minimum of 4+ years of experience in a Clinical Trial Management position at a CRO or Pharmaceutical Organization. - Bachelor's degree in health, life sciences, or other relevant fields of study. - At least 10+ years of relevant experience in clinical trial management. - Experience in managing complex or global trials is advantageous. - Preferred: Experience in managing all trial components from start-up to database lock. - Preferred: Experience in coaching/mentoring other CTMs, leading a team of CTMs, and participating in departmental initiatives. - Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking). #LI-remote #LI-SO1 What ICON can offer you: Our success depends on the quality of our people. • Open insurance claims and serve as the primary liaison with adjusters and carriers. • Request, track, and organize medical records, bills, and police reports. • Ensure treatment progression and awareness of treatment outcomes. • Identify and proactively resolve lien and subrogation issues. • Collaborate with lead paralegals to prepare complete, accurate case files for demand. • Communicate with clients daily to guide them through the pre-litigation process. • Maintain case timelines and ensure milestones are met with precision. • Spot and eliminate operational inefficiencies to drive speed and accuracy. • Uphold the highest standards in documentation, file integrity, and communication.

• Lead and inspire distributor sales teams through on-site coaching, joint sales presentations, and the implementation of the "Trimble Way" sales methodology. • Architect the transition of regional revenue by aggressively managing and converting the subscription solution pipeline. • Partner with dealer leadership to design optimal organizational structures and evaluate performance through data-driven scorecards and KPIs. • Spearhead customer acquisition and retention strategies, including high-level interface with national accounts and executing annual review meetings. • Influence the future of Trimble technology by collaborating with product teams to define roadmap priorities based on direct market intelligence.

• Oversee and manage Company-controlled real estate within an assigned business group portfolio(s) from initial request through completion • Develop and foster relationships with business leaders • Manage real estate broker and other outsourced partners throughout transactions • Coordinate with legal for review of all legally binding real estate documents • Advise and coordinate with key functional colleagues for successful execution of real estate transactions • Support proposal/business development efforts as needed • Identify opportunities to optimize the real estate portfolio • Provide input for the development of annual budgets and financial impacts
