• Work closely with technical teams and clients to build and support software development • Understand customer needs and propose the best solutions • Manage a technical team to deliver quality software and iterative value to end users • Be an experienced agile practitioner who understands agile practices and helps the team to introduce and maintain relevant agile tools and techniques • Build a healthy team culture, coaching and facilitating, protecting the team from distractions and demotivation • Build and maintain a collaborative and productive relationship with clients • Work with technical leads to support the technical growth and development of the team • Define and measure metrics with the team to enable tracking of progress and understanding areas for improvement • Manage team member objectives, performance, holidays, and sick days • Manage team budget, profitability, and team shape where appropriate

Job Requirements

  • Commercial experience managing, influencing, and measuring cross-functional technical teams
  • Ability to communicate with others in a clear, honest, and enthusiastic way in order to build trust
  • Experience in working with non-Polish clients, building trust and transparent communication
  • Experience measuring agile team performance and quality while working with the team to address issues
  • Experience leading an agile team and delivering iterative results
  • Experience coaching and mentoring agile principles
  • Technical background is not required
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken
