The Hardware Consumables Representative is responsible for managing and closing low-value, high-volume hardware opportunities across Infios’ Install Base customers. The role functions as a dedicated deal desk for hardware consumables and run-rate transactions, ensuring efficient handling of opportunities that fall below the strategic focus threshold of field Account Executives. By owning smaller hardware transactions end-to-end, the Rep ensures customers receive responsive commercial support while enabling field sales teams to remain focused on larger, strategic opportunities. This role contributes directly to improving sales efficiency, increasing capture of recurring consumables revenue, and establishing a scalable operating model for hardware lifecycle transactions within the respective EMEA sub-region. What a day in the life looks like: - Manage inbound and internally routed hardware consumable opportunities below defined value thresholds. - Own the sales process for run-rate hardware transactions from qualification through quotation and deal closure. - Engage directly with customers to understand consumable needs, replacement cycles, and replenishment requirements. - Collaborate with Account Executives, Regional Sales Directors, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment on customer engagement and opportunity ownership. - Generate accurate quotes and manage deal progression through internal approval and ordering processes. - Maintain strong CRM hygiene, ensuring all opportunities, forecasts, and transactional data are captured accurately. - Work closely with hardware operations and fulfilment teams to ensure efficient order processing and customer satisfaction. - Identify recurring purchasing patterns across customers to support proactive consumables engagement. - Support the development of a scalable consumables motion across EMEA by standardising processes for low-value hardware deals. - Establish and execute cadence of sales outreach for consumables and other initiatives, with campaign management based on product, seasonality, economic and industry trends, last time buys etc, to drive focused products and increase revenues.
