Quality checks program code, related objects and documentation. Responds to Production Support issues. Works with business as required. Analyzes programs to ensure that they efficiently use computer and storage resources; recommends appropriate changes as necessary. •Conducts preliminary estimates / Rough Order of Magnitude for the level of effort of new/change to application functionality. Analyzes and makes recommendations for the need for system backup, security, restart/recovery, balancing & controls; recommends approaches for meeting such needs. Analyzes and documents the requirements and approaches to data conversion and data modeling. •Conducts system studies, analyzes existing computerized and manual processes to improve efficiency; researches and develops techniques for automation, as approved. Monitors the work of junior staff to ensure efficiency, and compliance with specification. •Designs and develops documentation of proposed procedures and systems. Performs preliminary evaluation of packaged software. Manages and controls system development projects. Supports implementation/training activities; troubleshoots system environmental issues, as required.

• Develop and maintain eCommerce applications on the Magento platform • Customize Magento modules and themes based on client specifications • Implement and manage Magento extensions and plugins • Optimize website performance, including load times and user experience • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design responsive and visually appealing eCommerce sites • Conduct code reviews and maintain coding standards across projects • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Magento applications • Stay updated with the latest Magento developments and best practices • Prepare technical documentation and project reports as needed

• Enhance and support the Building Management System (BMS), Electrical Power Management System (EPMS), and Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) applications • Develop and modify programming logic for BMS, EPMS, and DCIM systems • Collaborate with IT and facilities teams to ensure seamless system integration • Implement system upgrades and enhancements • Develop custom scripts and interfaces to improve system efficiency • Lead support for SEV 2-4 incidents • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for troubleshooting • Analyze system logs and alarms to diagnose complex issues • Optimize controls performance and reduce nuisance alarms through tuning • Review and update system documentation regularly • Provide detailed reports on system status and issue resolutions

• As an Optimizely Developer in the DigOps Development practice, you’ll contribute to the design and implementation of Optimizely-based solutions across Content Cloud (CMS), Commerce, and the surrounding ecosystem. • Develop in Optimizely CMS & Commerce: Build clean, maintainable features for dynamic content and commerce experiences. • Integrate systems and extend the platform: Integrate Optimizely solutions with third-party services and APIs (e.g. CRM, DAM, payment gateways, analytics), extending the platform’s capabilities while ensuring high performance, security, and scalability. • Work Agile and own your deliverables: Participate actively in an Agile team environment – join in sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, and help estimate the effort for your tasks. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with designers, QA engineers, project managers, and other developers to translate user stories and requirements into technical solutions. • Ensure quality through testing and best practices: Write unit tests and support quality assurance efforts through peer code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning. You will proactively fix bugs and optimize code, ensuring the solutions you deliver are stable, secure, accessible, and optimized for performance. • Engage in client-facing activities: Take part in client demos and technical discussions, clearly communicating progress and complex concepts in accessible terms. • Drive continuous improvement: Contribute to Rightpoint’s internal initiatives and the growth of the DigOps Dev practice. This might include sharing knowledge or best practices with peers, refining our development processes, creating reusable components or tools, and occasionally mentoring junior developers.
