About the Role: Working on a 6month fixed term contract as a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment, focusing on sales and go-to-market functions across the ANZ region. The position entails working at a strategic level with senior management to best align the recruitment needs of the function or location, build and then execute on those plans. In this key role you will be expected to proactively build pipelines of talent for upcoming hiring needs alongside delivering to current openings across the region. What You’ll Do: - Work with the business leaders to understand workforce plans for the function or location and execute on those plans whilst understanding drivers and requirements and provide subject matter expertise in recruitment to include market conditions and competitor analysis - Be the first point of contact for the business area/line managers on day-to-day recruitment activity - Work with the business to understand their recruitment needs; formulate recruitment plans, writing and assessing job descriptions, best methods of attracting candidates & reducing management time in the process - Drive initiatives within the Talent Acquisition team regionally or globally where required, e.g. employee referral scheme - Advise/coach line managers on recruitment policies & procedures; best practice; selection processes, competency frameworks & interview techniques - Sourcing candidates directly via headhunting, advertising, referrals and search - Conduct HR Competency/Biographical interviews - Co-ordinate CV, interview & offer feedback to line managers and candidates - Research innovative recruitment strategies and develop creative solutions to generate high quality CV’s - Provide business specific management information on request, both quantitative and qualitative - Maintain and work within our ATS system (Workday) - Work closely with Hiring Managers to raise the benchmark of quality entering CrowdStrike What You’ll Need: - Proven experience in direct hiring across the ANZ region - Experience working within a software vendor and/or technology business - Specific experience of recruiting Sales - Ability to run projects within a matrix environment - Extensive experience in direct hiring methods such as headhunting, search, advertising, database search and referral campaigns - Experience supporting more than one Senior Executive - An understanding of the different attraction methods and how and when to use them - An understanding of different selection & assessment tools/techniques and how and when to use them - Understanding of HR policy, process and legislation - Ability to manage multiple vacancies at one time working to tight timelines and quality measures - Team player willing to support others with heavy workloads - Excellent fluency in English is a must have as, from time to time you will be required to work across the APJ region - Excellent customer-facing and presentation skills - Excellent communicator at all levels up to Executives - Ability to build relationships face to face and over the phone Bonus Points: - Cyber Security industry experience - Experience using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) – Workday is ideal - Experience with work with AI tools #LI-DC1 #LI-Remote Benefits of Working at CrowdStrike: - Market leader in compensation and equity awards - Comprehensive physical and mental wellness programs - Competitive vacation and holidays for recharge - Paid parental and adoption leaves - Professional development opportunities for all employees regardless of level or role - Employee Networks, geographic neighborhood groups, and volunteer opportunities to build connections - Vibrant office culture with world class amenities - Great Place to Work Certified™ across the globe CrowdStrike is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
