Senior Engineering Manager

• Lead multiple squads working with our talented team of Engineering Managers, coaching them to raise the bar on delivery, communication, and technical decision-making. • Set and steer technical strategy across the product area and keep roadmaps on track. • Align across the Gaming pillar partnering with engineering leaders to ensure our teams work efficiently and drive consistent standards. • Drive clarity through data to support prioritisation and planning. • Partner with Product and commercial stakeholders to iterate and deliver measurable improvements in customer value and business performance.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior Engineering Manager / Head of Engineering / Group EM (or equivalent)
  • Strong architecture and systems judgement, able to challenge proposals, weigh trade-offs, and guide multi-team technical direction without being hands-on day-to-day.
  • Experience running multiple teams working on different priorities, maintaining momentum and alignment.
  • Deep understanding of product development lifecycle in a product-led environment.
  • Nice-to-haves:
  • Experience in Gaming or consumer products.
  • Familiarity with modern web stacks (our Gaming stack includes Node and React) and cloud platforms.
