• Support the coordination of Studio engagements to ensure timelines, deliverables, and communication stay on track as complexity scales • Act as a connective layer between strategy and execution, helping translate client needs into clear internal plans • Proactively identify risks, gaps, or inefficiencies in delivery and help resolve them quickly • Contribute to maintaining a high-quality, white-glove client experience across engagements • Support visibility into project scope, resourcing, and delivery health to ensure engagements are set up for success • Help design and maintain a consistent, scalable onboarding process across clients • Ensure new engagements are set up for success with clear documentation, expectations, and workflows • Identify opportunities to improve early client experience and reduce churn risk • Track inbound opportunities and support pipeline visibility to ensure no opportunities are lost • Assist in coordinating follow-ups, materials, and internal alignment for active deals • Help bring structure and clarity to how Studio tracks and evaluates growth opportunities • Support execution of key Studio initiatives, including new offering pilots, internal programs, and sales enablement efforts • Assist in developing and maintaining sales materials, case studies, and portfolio assets • Help operationalize new ideas quickly, turning concepts into structured, testable initiatives • Help maintain and improve internal systems used to track delivery, engagement health, and performance • Build and refine documentation, dashboards, and workflows that increase team visibility and efficiency • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce manual overhead as the Studio grows • Support tracking of project scope, budgets, and timelines to ensure engagements remain on track • Assist in monitoring project health, including resourcing, pacing, and potential risks to delivery or margin • Partner with team leads to maintain clear visibility into project performance and overall engagement success • Partner with other RSU teams when engagements span multiple capabilities • Ensure alignment, clarity, and forward momentum across stakeholders • Act as a central point of coordination to keep initiatives moving efficiently
