• Support the maintenance and evolution of environments and services • Work on monitoring, observability and troubleshooting • Assist with incident response, troubleshooting, disaster recovery and root cause analysis (RCA) • Work with CI/CD pipelines and operational automation • Support the operation of Kubernetes workloads and cloud services • Collaborate with technical teams to improve reliability, availability and operational efficiency • Create and maintain technical documentation for environments, processes and changes • Support security best practices across infrastructure, access controls, pipelines and applications • Participate in root cause analyses (RCA)

Job Requirements

  • Strong foundation in Linux/Unix and daily use of terminal/CLI
  • Solid understanding of networking and internet fundamentals such as IP addressing, subnetting, DNS, HTTP and the OSI model
  • Practical experience with security-by-design principles
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes
  • Experience with ArgoCD, Helm, Helmfile and raw YAML manifests
  • Ability to perform advanced troubleshooting of services and networks
  • Understanding of protocols such as DNS, HTTPS, TLS and SSH
  • Practical experience with Docker, Dockerfile and Docker Compose
  • Knowledge of core Kubernetes objects
  • Hands-on experience with Git and GitHub Actions
  • Familiarity with CI/CD concepts
  • Experience with observability tools such as Grafana and Prometheus
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation
  • Ability to automate tasks using scripts and programming languages
  • Strong investigative skills and ability to correlate issues
