The ideal candidate will bring a blend of deep technical skills and excellent interpersonal abilities. - Strong Go (Golang) experience building non-trivial systems or components. - Practical experience with OpenTelemetry or the OpenTelemetry Collector (a strong advantage), as well as an active interest in Open Source (GitHub contributions are a plus). - Understanding of how metrics, traces, and logs are processed in distributed systems. - Curiosity and willingness to experiment with new AI-powered tools and developer workflows and apply them pragmatically in a production environment (e.g. LLM-based coding, testing, or troubleshooting workflows). - Comfortable with Kubernetes and the cloud-native ecosystem.
