About the Role: As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building pipeline for Finvari’s sales team. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective customers and play a critical role in driving revenue growth. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys outbound prospecting and wants to develop core sales skills in a high-growth fintech environment. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with the Chief Revenue Officer and Sales Team on prospecting, lead generation, and qualification to support the broader sales cycle. This is a hybrid role that allows for remote work flexibility. Once a week, we get together for in-person team collaboration and a team lunch in our Seattle office. Responsibilities: - Prospect into a defined territory through outbound efforts including calls, emails, and social outreach - Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers within construction companies - Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and website inquiries - Conduct initial discovery to understand business needs, workflows, and potential fit - Schedule qualified meetings for Sales Representatives and ensure smooth handoff - Maintain accurate prospect, activity, and pipeline data in our CRM (HubSpot) - Execute high-volume outreach while maintaining thoughtful, personalized messaging - Partner with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging, targeting, and campaign effectiveness - Consistently meet or exceed activity and pipeline generation targets Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years of experience in a Sales Development, or similar outbound sales role within SaaS or a technology company - Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills - Proven ability to execute outbound prospecting and operate in a high-activity environment - Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and sales engagement platforms (Outreach, SalesLoft, etc.) - Familiarity with prospecting tools such as ZoomInfo or LinkedIn Sales Navigator - Highly coachable, resilient, and motivated to improve in a fast-paced startup environment The On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this role is $85,000 with uncapped commission potential.
