• Manages the software engineering process. • Reviews and analyzes system specifications, interfaces and requirements. • Prepares programming specifications. • Analyzes existing systems and subsystems for reusability benefits and needed changes. • Prepares design plans and written analyses, unit and test scripts, and documentation. • May lead a software development team and mentor junior software engineers. • Responsible for architecting, developing, and implementing complex software solutions that meet rigorous standards for performance, security, reliability, and compliance. • Involves working closely with cross-functional product teams, including product managers, UX designers, systems engineers, and DevSecOps personnel, to deliver high-quality solutions that support mission-critical operations. • Provides strategic technical guidance, mentors other engineers, evaluates emerging technologies, and contributes to continuous process improvements across the entire product development lifecycle.

• Develop new software systems and applications, including cloud-based and internet-facing solutions. • Write high-quality code from scratch using modern programming, scripting, and database languages. • Gather and analyze requirements to understand the software domain, hardware/software interfaces, and functional needs. • Support ongoing enhancements by fixing defects, responding to scope changes, and adding new capabilities. • Follow and apply software engineering best practices: coding standards, code reviews, version control, build processes, testing, and deployment readiness. • Collaborate closely with supervisors, project leads, and senior engineers to receive direction, feedback, and mentorship. • Communicate regularly with team members and build stable working relationships across the organization.

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications and platform services. • Build robust backend services and APIs using modern frameworks and cloud-native patterns. • Develop user-friendly, performant frontend interfaces that deliver an exceptional user experience. • Ensure code quality through best practices, automated testing, and continuous integration. • Provide architectural direction, evaluate technical trade-offs, and guide long-term platform evolution. • Establish engineering standards and promote best practices in software design, testing, and documentation. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including product, QA, ML, and systems—to deliver high-impact features. • Drive technical discussions, identify risks, and proactively remove blockers to ensure delivery timelines are met. • Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and team-wide retrospectives to continuously improve workflow. • Implement scalable, secure, and high-performance architectures across the stack. • Monitor and optimize system performance, triage production issues, and drive root-cause analysis. • Contribute to the evolution of deployment pipelines, observability tools, and platform operational excellence.

• Own pipeline generation end-to-end. You’ll architect solutions that move leads through the funnel - across Marketo, Salesforce, Clay, and tools you build yourself. • Partner with DemandGen, Events, and Product Marketing, to orchestrate multi-channel promotions and drive stakeholder engagement • Design, implement, and maintain automations and integrations. If a connection or workflow doesn’t exist, you’ll create it - sometimes with code, sometimes with AI tools. • Rapidly test new messaging, enrichment tools, workflows, and engagement tech in partnership with marketing and BDR teams. Bring a bias for action: measure, adapt, keep what works. • Serve as the connective tissue for cross-team plays—aligning GTM, Marketing, and Sales to ensure consistent execution and smooth handoffs. • Turn solutions into playbooks for the team. Document workflows, run enablement, and help everyone level up on GTM systems and best practices. • Own the operational health of the GTM tech stack. Hunt down friction, fix bugs, and measure impact - always protecting data quality and reliability.
