ControlUp
• We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to be responsible for helping to scale revenue in the Benelux region. • Our Sales Development Representatives are specialists in researching prospects, discovering pain points, getting access to end-users, and setting meetings with influencers and decision-makers. • This role allows the Account Executive team to focus exclusively on conducting meetings with prospects and increasing the overall productivity of the sales organization. • This role is extremely important within the sales organization at ControlUp. You are responsible for helping to scale revenue across the company.
Job Requirements
- 1+ years of SDR or BDR experience, previous work with SaaS Sales preferred
- Experience with engaging with potential customers over email, phone, and in-person
- Knowledge of our sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, and Zoominfo is a plus
- Clear, concise, and accurate in your communications, both written and verbally
- Fast learning skills and passion for new technologies, quickly mapping them to business processes
- Effectively manage your time to complete objectives
- Experience being accountable to metrics, often exceeding them
- Thrive in a high-energy team environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in German (C2 level or equivalent mastery), Fluent in English (other languages are a plus!)
