AI Product Owner, GPU/Accelerators

• Take a leadership role in a cross-functional group by defining priorities, ensuring alignment with stakeholders, and driving execution for GPU, Accelerators and AI components. • Act as the primary point of contact between Product Management, Engineering, and similar roles to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables. • Work with the development team to split features and epics into stories or tasks. • Define Acceptance Criteria and ensure that the team understands the “what” to work on. • Communicate product goals effectively to ensure the team can work autonomously and remain unblocked. • Provide key information such as delivery plans by acting as an information radiator to the teams and stakeholders. • Proactively monitor community related (upstream) and product and services related (downstream) communication channels and act as a voice for the team. • Engage in and ensure effective on-going communication between customers, customer facing teams, and stakeholders and the engineering teams to allow for continuous feedback and improvement.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a product owner role, preferably in Agile or Scrum environment
- Software development/Computer science/Computer engineer/Technical background in low level development
- Solid communication, presentation, organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Highly self-motivated and proactive in engaging stakeholders to drive clarity and alignment.
- Excellent written and verbal skills in English
- Experience with shared ownership of software by a globally collaborative team
- Nice to have: Experience with Jira, GitHub, GitLab or similar (would be a plus)
- Experience with open source development practices
- Knowledge in GPU, Accelerators or AI APIs and components.

Position Overview Index Analytics seeks a Salesforce Release Manager to support Government contracts. In this position, we are highly organized professionals with strong attention to detail, capable of managing multiple Salesforce releases across environments while ensuring compliance with enterprise CI/CD process and security policies. The candidate must have a fundamental understanding of development process, support client meetings experience driving large-scale development teams product releases and remediation of security findings (if applicable). Manage risk, dependencies & impediments and inter-team dependencies that threaten the ART's progress Work proactively with Copado engineers, managers, architects and team members to address and resolve complex issues Enforce governance and compliance standards, ensure completion of required security scans testing phases, and approvals before production deployment. Monitor Salesforce org health, coordinate sandbox refreshes and/or back-end deployments with the architects and maintain metadata consistency across environments.
