• Appear on camera to film organic and ad-style content: talking head, gameplay commentary, challenge formats, and more • Film short-form video content independently using your phone or provided equipment • Edit video content for use across social platforms (bonus points if you're already good with CapCut, Premiere, or DaVinci Resolve) • Support WorldWinner's organic social calendar across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and X (Twitter) • Understand platform-specific best practices and tailor content accordingly. Reels vs. TikToks vs. Shorts are not the same thing • Write captions, scripts, and on-screen text that match WorldWinner's brand voice • Stay ahead of gaming and social trends and bring proactive ideas to the team • Support collection and organization of performance data from each social platform on a weekly basis • Track key metrics: reach, impressions, engagement rate, video views, follower growth, and link clicks • Identify what is working and what is not, and bring recommendations to the team • Build and maintain a simple content performance tracker • Participate in the content briefing process from idea to approved brief to published post • Use our brief templates to align creative direction, messaging, and platform specs before production begins • Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and external creators on deliverables and timelines • Help maintain a content calendar and ensure posts go out on time
• You will own the modeling workstreams that sit at the core of how WorldWinner understands and serves its players. • Fair matching algorithm — modeling and improving skill-based player matching to create competitive, satisfying game experiences. • Skill ranking system — developing and refining the rating framework that underpins player progression and matchmaking. • Predictive LTV — building models that forecast player lifetime value to inform acquisition, targeting, and monetization decisions. • Churn prediction — identifying at-risk players and surfacing actionable signals for retention intervention. • Mixed marketing model (MMM) — measuring the incremental impact of marketing spend across channels. • Additional modeling projects driven by product and business priorities.
• Develop WorldWinner’s strategy across various social platforms including, but not limited to: Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, Kick, Discord, and Reddit. • Identify opportunities for the brand to engage in wider cultural conversations and engagement trends. • Discover the latest topics and trends on social. • Provide social strategy support for game launches, new features, and integrated marketing efforts. • Manage content production strategy, ideation, and briefing for influencers, freelancers, agencies, etc. • Experiment with new content formats and viral mechanics to drive engagement. • Maintain up-to-date list of influencers in key areas and develop a shortlist of potential influencers in line with key topics to amplify reach and engagement. • Analyze and report on content and program performance data to drive continuous improvement and optimization.
