Role Description - Help build and lead a great data science team to deliver world-class products. - Apply your expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and the presentation of data to see beyond the numbers and understand how our users interact with our core products. - Partner with Product and Engineering teams to solve problems and identify trends and opportunities. - Inform, influence, support, and execute our product decisions. - Mine massive amounts of data and extract useful product insights. - Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor the performance of our products. - Manage development of data resources, gather requirements, organize sources, and support product launches while keeping the team accountable and impactful. - Telecommuting from anywhere in the U.S. allowed. Qualifications - Requires Master's degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Information Science, Data Science, Statistics, Business Administration, or related field and 2 years of experience in job offered or related occupation. - Experience must include 2 years of experience in each of the following: - Managing other team members in a formal or informal capacity. - Quantitative analysis at a technology company, consulting, investment banking, or product management including experience with SQL or other programming languages. - Initiating and driving projects to completion with minimal guidance. - Communicating and representing results of analysis to senior leadership. - Communicating the results of analyses to leadership teams to influence the strategy. - Applied statistics or experimentation, including A/B testing, in an industry setting. Requirements - $244,233/year to $284,900/year + bonus + equity + benefits.

As a Senior Clinical Data Manager you will oversee, lead, manage and provide technical expertise within the assigned projects to ensure that they are executed in an efficient, accurate and timely manner to the Sponsor’s satisfaction. Position Accountabilities/Responsibilities: - Provide fully independent and autonomous leadership of data management services (start up, conduct and close out) across multiple complex global projects/programs, including: - Ensure appropriate resources are allocated to complete all DM activities on time and budget. - Prepare DM trial documentation (DMP, DB Specifications, Edit check specifications, CCGs, DTAs). - Ensure effective UAT is performed. - Write external vendor reconciliation specifications for programming reconciliation outputs (e.g. Serious Adverse Events, IRT, Central Laboratory). - Oversee data cleaning activities. - Produce metrics to monitor progress of trial activities. - Ensure all database lock activities are completed on time. - Represent WorldWide DM at both internal and external study meeting calls, including providing input. - Monitor project scope, budgets and risks and alert DM Management of any concerns. - Liaise with DM Management at regular intervals to discuss progress and any issues outstanding (e.g. during Project Review Meetings). - Collaborate with internal Worldwide departments working on the same project. - Provide feedback on process improvements to DM Management and/or SMEs. - Participate in and lead process reviews. - Provide training, support and mentorship to other members of the DM department. - Participate as necessary in sponsor audits, regulatory authority inspections and other third party meetings.
