• Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles including: • AI / Machine Learning Engineers • LLM Engineers • Speech / Audio Engineers • Software Engineers (various disciplines) • QA Engineers • Automation Engineers • Firmware Engineers • Partner with hiring managers to run intake meetings and define candidate profiles • Develop sourcing strategies and proactively headhunt technical candidates • Build and maintain global talent pipelines across technical disciplines • Conduct recruiter screens and evaluate candidate technical background and experience • Manage interview processes, feedback cycles, and candidate communication • Maintain accurate data in ATS (Workable) • Provide market insights including talent availability, compensation expectations, and hiring timelines • Work across global teams and time zones to support hiring needs

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting
  • Experience recruiting for technical roles such as software engineering, AI/ML, speech/audio, QA, automation, or firmware
  • Strong sourcing and headhunting experience
  • Ability to understand technical job requirements and translate them into sourcing strategies
  • Highly autonomous and able to manage roles independently
  • Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience using an ATS (Workable preferred)
  • Past experience in codevelopment or agency recruiting is a plus
  • Portuguese language skills are a plus
  • Games industry experience is a plus

Responsibilities Essential Job Functions: - Documents the company’s existing systems architecture and technology portfolio and makes recommendations for improvements and/or alternatives.
