• Work extensively in ServiceNow, including SAM Pro, supporting ticket flows and licensing operations • Process and approve software purchase requests and service requests • Manage software licensing portals, repositories, and entitlements • Review, interpret, and document End User License Agreements (EULAs) and general licensing terms • Support internal and external software audits, pulling data, documentation, and evidence • Collaborate daily with sourcing, procurement, and internal SAM team members • Assist with ROI analysis, software lifecycle management, vendor transitions, and end-of-life planning • Maintain accurate documentation to ensure audit readiness and strong governance • Prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining quality and consistency in a structured environment

• Leverage advanced data analytics to derive insights and optimize credit strategies • Perform portfolio analytics including out of trend investigations and attribution analysis • Partner with Machine Learning and Engineering on building effective monitoring and credit risk capabilities • Monitor portfolio as well as macroeconomic trends impacting loan performance • Drive adjustments to our underwriting and marketing strategies to mitigate risk • Contribute in enhancing the end-to-end portfolio management monitoring framework

• Own the architecture, evolution and maintenance of the environment on Google Cloud Platform, ensuring scalability, resilience, security and cost efficiency. • Administer and operate cloud-native infrastructure, combining IaaS resources (Compute Engine with MIGs) and serverless solutions (Cloud Run and Cloud Functions). • Design and manage network topology, including VPCs, subnets, routing and load balancing (Cloud Load Balancers) for efficient traffic distribution. • Manage databases in Cloud SQL, ensuring high availability, replication and consistent backup policies. • Ensure environment security by configuring IAM, firewalls, Cloud Armor and continuous monitoring with Security Command Center (SCC). • Monitor, analyze and optimize costs (FinOps), identifying opportunities to reduce costs and improve resource utilization. • Implement and maintain observability using Cloud Monitoring, Logging and alerting. • Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Cloud Build, integrating continuous deployment and infrastructure as code (IaC).
