Senior Clinical Informatics Analyst

• Analyze clinical workflows and healthcare processes to identify optimization opportunities • Collaborate with clinical stakeholders (physicians, nurses, operations teams) to gather and translate business needs into technical requirements • Configure, implement, and support clinical information systems (EHR/EMR and related platforms) • Ensure data integrity, quality, and compliance with healthcare regulations and standards • Support integration of clinical systems with other enterprise platforms • Develop and maintain documentation, reports, and dashboards for clinical data analysis • Provide insights to improve patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making • Participate in system upgrades, testing, and user training
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in clinical informatics, healthcare IT, or a related field
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows, healthcare operations, and data structures
- Experience with EHR/EMR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Meditech)
- Knowledge of healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret clinical and operational data
- Experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and documentation
- Understanding of healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA compliance)
