Senior IT Solution Analyst – Software Asset Management

• Work extensively in ServiceNow, including SAM Pro, supporting ticket flows and licensing operations • Process and approve software purchase requests and service requests • Manage software licensing portals, repositories, and entitlements • Review, interpret, and document End User License Agreements (EULAs) and general licensing terms • Support internal and external software audits, pulling data, documentation, and evidence • Collaborate daily with sourcing, procurement, and internal SAM team members • Assist with ROI analysis, software lifecycle management, vendor transitions, and end-of-life planning • Maintain accurate documentation to ensure audit readiness and strong governance • Prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining quality and consistency in a structured environment
Job Requirements
- 6–9 years of experience as an IT Analyst, Licensing Analyst, Operations Analyst, or similar
- Hands-on ServiceNow experience, ideally including SAMPro
- Experience working with software licensing, portals, purchase approvals, and service request workflows
- Ability to read, interpret, and document licensing agreements and EULAs
- Comfort working in ticket-based operational environments
- Strong process discipline, attention to detail, and ability to follow defined workflows
