Why This Role Is Different This isn’t a sit-back-and-wait recruiting job. It’s a relationship business. In this role, you’ll spend your day talking to people, building trust, and figuring out how to connect the right talent to the right opportunity — often before they even realize they’re looking. You’ll be on the phone, in inboxes, and in conversations constantly, learning our business, understanding what great talent looks like at TSS, and helping protect the quality of the people we bring into the company. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities - Strong relationship-building and communication skills - Comfortable spending much of the day on the phone and in conversation - Ability to assess people quickly and make sound judgment calls - Creative problem-solving and resourcefulness in sourcing and recruiting - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities - Willingness to self-educate, experiment, and continuously improve - Confidence, persistence, and a positive, team-oriented attitude - Experience with recruiting, customer service, sales, or other relationship-driven roles is preferred - Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn, or sourcing tools is helpful but not required Pay, Bonus & Benefits - Salary range of $75K - 95K annually - This represents the anticipated hiring range for the role. Final salary will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and alignment with internal equity and market data. - Medical, dental, and vision insurance - 401(k) with company match - Short-term disability, long-term disability, and life insurance - Competitive Paid Time Off (PTO) and company-paid holidays - Paid training and clear career growth opportunities Who are we?
