• Proactively generate new business through outbound prospecting (cold calling, email campaigns), networking and social media outreach. • Conduct market and competitor research to identify target sectors and potential clients. • Develop and maintain relationships with prospects and clients, understanding their localisation needs and recommending appropriate solutions. • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to stakeholders at different levels. • Manage the sales cycle from lead qualification through negotiation to contract closure, ensuring accurate and timely follow-up. • Collaborate with Operations, Project Management and Marketing to ensure successful onboarding and delivery for new clients. • Track and report sales activities, forecast pipelines and performance against targets using the CRM/ATS. • Keep up to date with industry trends, language technology and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for service development.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in B2B sales, business development or account management; experience in language services or localisation is an advantage.
- Excellent written and spoken English with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to build and manage a sales pipeline and close deals.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and MS Office; experience with ATS or sales automation tools is beneficial.
- Confident communicator with a professional, consultative approach to clients.
- Self-motivated, target-driven and organised, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities concurrently.
