 - Monitor, evaluate, and record the patient’s progress using validated assessments each month that the patient is in the program. - Prepare and maintain all required records, reports, paperwork, and patients’ diagnostic records, maintaining the confidentiality of patients at all times. 
 - Use clear and accurate verbal and written communication skills to facilitate communication with patients, patient's family/caregivers, staff, and the treatment team - Produce high-quality documentation that enables the patients to receive the best treatment possible. 
 - Competently relate to patients, their families, and agencies involved with patients through above-average interpersonal skills.
