The Service Agent provides excellent experience for patients and providers by fielding and responding to their requests. They help keep provider schedules full and optimized, and guide patients through the intake process. They also ensure all patients are matched appropriately to a provider, and take care of administrative tasks like faxes, emails, and authorizations.  The successful candidate must be available to work one of the following shifts: · 9:30am – 6:00pm EST · 7:30am – 4:00pm EST About us: Talkiatry transforms psychiatry with accessible, human, and responsible care. This will be completed through (1) Medical-Commercial partnership to identify appropriate external stakeholders, (2) providing necessary and appropriate medical education with slides, abstracts, and/or publications relevant to the Galleri product and related services, (3) responding to unsolicited questions, (4) participating in the development and creation of educational resources, and (5) training external speakers.
