CDW
• Create and deliver training throughout the US to deliver high-energy, in-person workshops and conference sessions • Lead engaging virtual training sessions to Education IT Admins on a wide variety of technologies, including Google Workspace for Education Admin Console, Google Cloud Directory Sync, Google Education Plus, Standard and Teaching/Learning upgrade, and more • Create deep-dive training for specialized certifications, including Admin Levels 1 & 2, Security Specialist, Chrome Specialist, and Data Control Specialist • Help K-12 leaders navigate the era of Generative AI by leading workshops on Gemini for K-12, focusing on secure deployment and administrative controls • Present the value of CDW Amplified for Education Audit, trainings, and other services • Discover, analyze and identify customer requirements • Assist account manager in customer engagement strategy • Work with a team of technicians to provide support and troubleshooting • Counsel customer and internal teams on Google Workspace for Education configuration and deployment specifics • Act as a contributing member on the Updates & Analysis Team • Stay current on Google Workspace for Education changes and modifications • Work to support customers as needed if escalated from the support team
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline
- 3+ years professional systems administration experience, OR 7 years total Information Technology experience, to include 3+ years professional systems administration experience
- Familiarity with Google Workspace for Education admin console
- Exceptional customer service orientation, skills, and relatability
- Strong documentation skills
- Ability to balance and plan the short-term and long-term actions of a project
- 5 years managing Google Workspace for Education in an Education institution, a plus
- Convey technical information and recommendations clearly and concisely, a plus
- Single Sign On/Multi Factor Integration, User Provisioning, Email Management experience in a complex environment, a plus
- Security and HIPAA experience and understanding, a plus
- Create engaging presentations, a plus
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, a plus
- Experience using scripting tools such as GAM/GAM ADVX and other command line tools, a plus
- Experience with CDW Amplified for Education tools and services such as Gopher for Chrome, Gopher for Users, Audit, Technical Training and Collaborative, a plus
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% or as needed to other CDW locations, meetings and client sites

Job Summary Your Career As a Domain Consultant for SOC Transformation you will be the expert for our Cortex portfolio, a Next-Gen AI-powered security operations platform. You will play a key role in defining technical solutions that secure a customer’s key business imperatives. Overview The Onboarding Consultant at RealPage is a critical member of the Consulting team. He/she will work closely with existing customers to onboard additional assets to their portfolio.
