Overview The Onboarding Consultant at RealPage is a critical member of the Consulting team. He/she will work closely with existing customers to onboard additional assets to their portfolio. As an Onboarding Consultant, he/she will be the customer’s main point of contact for their implementation and is ultimately responsible for the successful deployment of the RealPage platform. Throughout a project, the Onboarding Consultant is responsible for establishing a deployment schedule, collecting and validating required deliverables, and ensuring we deliver our solutions to meet the customers needs. As a trusted advisor, he/she is a success implementation leader and is tasked with ultimately providing an amazing client onboarding experience. Responsibilities - Implementation Ownership: Lead the implementation experience for our add-on customers. - Mitigate Risk: Take independent action to identify and mitigate risks throughout the implementation project. - Understand Customer Needs: Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs, then analyze, decide and build out a project schedule to meet those - expectations. - Maintain Customer Communication: Keep customers informed about the progress of their implementation, answer their questions, and address and resolve any concerns promptly. - Collect Deliverables: - Consult with customers determine, guide and gather necessary documents, data, and other deliverables required for successful onboarding. - Monitor Progress: Continuously track the progress of projects, analyze and identify potential bottlenecks, and take immediate action to proactively resolve issues to keep projects on schedule. • Serve as an expert advisor and facilitator—helping the customer’s change management lead. • Provide structured guidance, templates, examples, and coaching directly to the customer team and your consulting teammates. • Support customer adoption of AI-enabled contact center capabilities. • Partner closely with the Lead Business Consultant (BC). • Collaborate with an Application Consultant responsible for functional design and configuration. • Participate in key engagement milestones to assess the nature of the change, impacts, and adoption risks. • Conduct interactive workshops to drive customer understanding of Change Management fundamentals. • Guide the customer team through exercises to prepare a context-specific, PROSCI-aligned Change Management Plan. • Advise the Lead Business Consultant and other teammates on informal change management tactics. • Advise customers on how to drive adoption of new technology and associated processes. • Work with sponsors and leaders to help them gain buy-in, support learning curves, and address resistance. • Support leaders in addressing trust, transparency, and workforce adoption considerations as AI becomes embedded in operational decision-making. • Align change management plans and materials to support engagement milestones and Success Criteria.

• Provide analytical, operational, and programmatic support to enhance program performance and organizational effectiveness. • Analyze program data, performance metrics, and operational trends to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. • Support planning, coordination, and execution of agency initiatives and projects. • Collaborate with program offices, support planning, coordination, and stakeholders across functional areas. • Assist with business process improvements, digital transformation, and modernization efforts. • Develop reports, presentations, and recommendations based on data analysis. • Ensure compliance with agency standards, federal policies, and regulatory requirements. • Monitor program performance and support continuous improvement efforts.

• Design and deliver engaging workshops on Microsoft 365 Copilot and other Microsoft solutions to diverse audiences • Lead change management initiatives to ensure the successful adoption of M365 Copilot and other Microsoft solutions • Develop and implement comprehensive user adoption strategies tailored to client needs • Assess client information management and storage tools, and recommend and implement solutions based on Microsoft 365 • Create and maintain documentation related to Microsoft solution configurations, training materials, and change management plans
