• Looking for an experienced Lawyer to join Avantia on a consultancy basis. • Spearhead the negotiation of investment-related NDAs, joiner agreements, engagement letters and non-reliance letters. • Manage every phase of the contract process—from initial review and negotiation to document execution. • Work closely with fellow Avantia lawyers and paralegals on fast-paced, high-volume negotiations on pre-M&A contracts.

Job Requirements

  • Licensed to practice Law in the USA or Canada
  • 2+ years’ corporate/ transactional law experience, either inhouse or private practice.
  • Experienced with independently negotiating investment related NDAs
  • Familiarity of working with asset managers, investment banks or other financial services firms preferable but not essential.
  • Due to time zones and client turnaround times, we require consultants to be based in North America

Overview The Onboarding Consultant at RealPage is a critical member of the Consulting team. He/she will work closely with existing customers to onboard additional assets to their portfolio. As an Onboarding Consultant, he/she will be the customer’s main point of contact for their implementation and is ultimately responsible for the successful deployment of the RealPage platform. Throughout a project, the Onboarding Consultant is responsible for establishing a deployment schedule, collecting and validating required deliverables, and ensuring we deliver our solutions to meet the customers needs. As a trusted advisor, he/she is a success implementation leader and is tasked with ultimately providing an amazing client onboarding experience. Responsibilities - Implementation Ownership: Lead the implementation experience for our add-on customers. - Mitigate Risk: Take independent action to identify and mitigate risks throughout the implementation project. - Understand Customer Needs: Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs, then analyze, decide and build out a project schedule to meet those - expectations. - Maintain Customer Communication: Keep customers informed about the progress of their implementation, answer their questions, and address and resolve any concerns promptly. - Collect Deliverables: - Consult with customers determine, guide and gather necessary documents, data, and other deliverables required for successful onboarding. - Monitor Progress: Continuously track the progress of projects, analyze and identify potential bottlenecks, and take immediate action to proactively resolve issues to keep projects on schedule.
