Engineering Manager
Alvys
• Architect, build, and scale ML models and AI-driven solutions using frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch, ensuring they are optimized for real-world transportation logistics. • Lead the full lifecycle of AI features, from initial data engineering and model training to deployment within a cloud-native Azure environment. • Integrate predictive models and intelligent reporting systems into the core .NET/C# and CosmosDB ecosystem, ensuring seamless communication between the backend and AI services. • Operational Excellence (MLOps): Implement and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines and monitoring via Azure Monitor to ensure model performance, reliability, and fairness in production. • Partner with Product Managers to translate complex logistics challenges into technical roadmaps and actionable AI innovations.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years focusing on machine learning, AI, and data science.
- Proven track record in developing and deploying ML models and AI solutions at scale.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, C#, or Java, with strong knowledge of ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and deploying AI/ML solutions in a cloud-native environment.
