Founding Account Executive
LatamCent
• Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to close across mid-market accounts ($5M to $50M USD revenue) • Build and manage a pipeline targeting industries such as Solar, Real Estate, Finance, and Education • Close deals with ACVs between $400,000 and $500,000 MXN • Execute “rip and replace” sales motions, replacing legacy CRM workflows with a centralized omnichannel platform • Develop outbound strategies including cold email sequences, messaging, and qualification frameworks • Define and document the sales playbook for future SDRs and Account Executives • Partner with founders and engineering to deliver structured product feedback based on market needs • Position technical concepts such as private AI infrastructure vs public API solutions to senior stakeholders
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience in Latin America
- Proven track record closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- Experience building pipeline from scratch in outbound-driven environments
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and deal structuring
- Ability to sell technical products to business and technical buyers (COO, CTO, IT Director)
- Fluent English (C1 or higher) and native Spanish.

Job Description: The Mortgage Closer is responsible for managing residential mortgage loans from “clear to close” through funding, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to efficiently manage a high-volume pipeline, and close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to deliver a seamless closing experience for borrowers. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and consistently meets service level agreements while maintaining high quality standards. Hours: 9am - 6pm PST Compensation: $26-32/hour + production incentive Duties and Responsibilities: - Manage a high-volume pipeline of loans from clear to close through funding. - Prepare, review, and issue accurate closing disclosures and closing documents in compliance with all federal, state, and investor guidelines. - Ensure closing documents are sent within established 24–48 hour SLAs. - Coordinate with borrowers, title companies, settlement agents, lenders, and internal teams to resolve conditions and facilitate timely closings. - Review loan files for accuracy, completeness, and compliance prior to closing. - Minimize post-closing conditions and errors by maintaining strong quality control standards. - Maintain clear and proactive communication with all parties throughout the closing process. - Accurately update loan status and notes in the loan origination system. - Meet or exceed monthly production and quality benchmarks. Position Specifications/Requirement: - Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a Mortgage Closer in a high-volume environment. - Strong knowledge of mortgage closing documents, TRID regulations, and compliance requirements. - Experience working with various loan programs (Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA preferred). - Proficiency with loan origination systems and document preparation tools. - Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage deadlines. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
