Systems Analyst (Remote) About this role: We are seeking an experienced Systems Analyst to support and analyze business-critical applications while ensuring strong operational controls, system stability, and regulatory compliance. This role requires hands-on experience with .NET technologies and SQL, along with a solid understanding of ITSM processes, SOC compliance, IT General Controls (ITGC), audit readiness, and incident management. Responsibilities: - Analyze business and system requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications - Support and enhance applications built using .NET and SQL Server - Act as the first point of contact for system and application issues, performing initial analysis and coordinating resolution - Raise, track, and manage incident tickets while ensuring SLA adherence and root-cause documentation - Lead and coordinate incident management, including prioritization, escalation, and stakeholder communication - Effectively communicate and respond to escalations, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction. - Participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and ensure proper change governance - Manage and process user access requests in line with access control policies - Support SOC 1 and SOC 2 activities, including control execution tracking and evidence collection - Assist with audit readiness and respond to internal and external audit requests - Maintain issue trackers, risk logs, and audit findings through closure - Create and maintain application support related documentation and DLPs - Act as liaison between business, SOC, audit, and IT operations teams - Prepare reports, dashboards, and status updates for leadership Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience - 6–8 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role - Strong experience with .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET) - Strong experience with SQL Server - Working knowledge of ITSM processes (incident, problem, change management) - Experience supporting SOC audits, ITGC controls, and access management - Knowledge of Linux and/or Oracle is a plus Flexible Working At Conduent, we value individuality and flexible working arrangements.
